Processing time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer — we'll notify you if there's a significant delay.

Shipping time Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7–15 business days, depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping costs Free shipping is included on all orders (already reflected in your product price).

Order tracking Track your order anytime on our Track Order page using the tracking number sent to your email.

Delays Occasionally, shipments may be delayed due to customs processing, high shipping volumes, or circumstances outside our control (weather, carrier disruptions). We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated if this happens.

Incorrect shipping information Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to redirect packages once shipped, and we're not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
